Not only the best breakfast in the area, but the best value. (Especially if you are a senior.) 2 good sized eggs, 4 strips of bacon, texas toast and home-fires not frozen cubes. I get a side of hot peppers and coffee. For two of us .... just over $11.00 with tax!! (If you aren't a senior it would come to around $12.50)
Never had a problem with any of the waitresses. Food is cooked properly. Atmosphere is the usual R&R diner that plays a good selection of 50's & '60's music.
You can go a few blocks away and pay $16 for a lot less!
We drive past half a dozen breakfast joints that we have tried in the past to have breakfast here. (often)

Have had breakfast, lunch and dinner at McReilly's many times over the years and the food, service and atmosphere is consistently good. Have eaten at some of the other pubs in Barrie, and although the food may be marginally better, they don't have the consistency that McReilly's does.

Hands down the best place to grab a bite and a cold one in Midland. Patio right on the water and excellent service as well as Live Entertainment - what's not to love! Have eaten brekkie here a few times and it is very good. The service is good, the meal hot, and the price is fair. Can't ask for much more than that. Nice little restaurant. The last time, I had a hamburger platter and it was awesome. They put some kind of spice in the burger meat, but it made the burger. Very nice. My significant other really enjoyed her souvlaki dinner - one of Little D's specialties. Would definitely eat here again. Recommended highly.

Change did Mom's good. Not sure who the new owners are, but we only went back because we heard the old ones were gone. The biggest difference, these people care, my breakfast was fast, hot, and very good. I went to college up the road, and after being treated poorly repeatedly by the previous owners, I said I would never go back. Well, am I ever glad I did. This is my new favorite breakfast spot in Barrie. Love it. Great job Mom's!!!!
