Very unprofessional and no compassion. Will give you a low quote on the phone for a particular service and once you are there, they will charge you more then the fees agreed upon. They don’t seem to have set prices and just make up one, however they feel fit. Will NEVER use their service again.

We took our very large dog to Auburn Bay. We knew that she would most likely require xrays and the staff were very easy to work with and the doctor was very knowledgeable. Every consideration was given to us and the procedure and results were explained completely. Highly recommend!!
