Used to be decent but gets worse progressively.
Decent first year deals is how they get you. Overall after 2-3 years expect that price to go up about 50%. TERRIBLE maintenance!!! You have to beg them to get things fixed. Literally, to replace window levers it took them 2 *WEEKS*. To replace a balcony door window it took them, and I am not making this up, 6 *MONTHS* us constantly asking 'how is it going'. Another one is an outlet was arcing and it caused breakers to go off. Every time they sent a guy that would turn them back on. That's it.
