    8 hours to get my...

    8 hours to get my vehicle. Dispatcher called to say they couldn't find my vehicle. Driver called and said he had it. Dispatcher called second time saying still couldn't be found. I called the driver and he again said he had it on his truck. Poor communication to say the least with their own employees, worse for a customer.
