Created solely for newbies who feel lost in a typical gym, Fresh! offers clients individualized training programs. These custom programs are built by certified staff to drive you to become a better, more energized version of yourself. Typical novice training sessions start with a full assessment of body, lifestyle and attitude and include strength and cardio training as well as nutritional education. Register for 30- and 60-minute sessions at the gym’s downtown location.
