The service is at the Brentwood location is excellent and super fast! I booked an appointment before I go and I spent less than 20mins at the office as my records have all been pooled from the CRA system and prepared before I even got there. I have been with them for 4 years now and will highly recommend them.
They are not prepared to offer the service. The "expert" that did my tax did it wrong and I was charged couple years later and had to pay them "again" to do what was supposed to be done at first. Now I am being charged a lot plus interest and fees. Their customer service does nothing about it. Terrible!!!
