Excellent service Went beyond expectations to ensure my car is working at its best. Looked into things to see why it was acting up to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Would refer anyone to talk with Bruce in getting work done on their vehicle. Before any work is done they call, and give you all options to what is needed. The work is done within the timeframe they give you. Won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

Murray and Bruce have serviced all of our vehicles for a number of years - I have 100% trust in them. The reviews of required work are always honest and the pricing is fair.

Been using this shop for 6 years, they are honest and reliable - always give me a list of ‘musts’ and ‘maybes’ and they honour longterm loyalty. I drive a 15 year old car and have never had a breakdown following their advice.

Really disappointed by the service from this shop. I paid a decent sum to have my air conditioning fixed, and it worked for less than 24 hours before failing again. After taking it back they checked for leaks and told me there was no leak and to take it back to the dealership, as they had a “special tool.” When I did take it to the dealership they had nothing of the sort so that must’ve been an excuse so they wouldn’t have to properly solve the problem without charging me even more.

I have used the Midnapore Auto Centre several times over the last few years. And have always found them to honest and competent in their work and service. This last time they went above and beyond with their work, from getting it done in a timely fashion, to making sure that it was done correctly.

They do not stand behind their products or service, they don't even listen to your concerns, they are just too busy for real customer service.

The tires they installed were deflating after only 2 months. I walked in and was rudely cut off by the service rep before I could even describe the issue saying "Don't even bother saying what the problem is, we're booked for 2 weeks". I asked if they don't stand by their product then and he said "oh you're going to pull that card?". Extremely unprofessional abhorrent behavior. Will never be bringing my car there again.

Had a good experience at this shop. Came to them with a problem with my car, they seem to have strictly concentrated on that problem and communicated with me really well in timely matter as I went on with my day unlike some of the other shops that find 5 other problems unrelated and nothing to do with the original problem.And this guy's got it right the first time as I had a starting problem,they got it fixed and now my car starts and runs better.Kinda pricey but hey, it's a business not charity
