I had a decent oil change here before, but they don’t tell you that cars in other lines are also head of you. So, when you pull and there’s 2 cars in line ahead of you, nope! it’s the all cars in other lanes that are ahead of you. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told this.
Being told would be great. Then service tech after service tech came out, saying , “it’s first come first serve” like I should magically know this. No apologies, no offer to improve communication. Frustrating.
I had Brady as my service technician today. He was very respectful and professional he explained his way throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend coming here will definitely be back.?
I have been going to this location for years. I've had really good techs working on my vehicle and have had all positive experiences with my service. I find that they are thorough and my questions are always answered.
UPDATE: A supervisor contacted me later in the day to apologize and offered an appointment after their machine was fixed (tentatively the next day) and a discounted charge.
A manager called the next day, confirmed that the machine was fixed and we set a time for me to come down. He said it should take roughly an hour.
I arrived a few minutes early and was told it was take an hour and 45 minutes to two hours. Longer than I was expecting, but as long as it was getting done I was happy.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I took my girlfriends Jeep here to replace 3 studded tires, as one was new already. They ordered the studded tires without the studs. They then proceeded to put the tires on the vehicle without studs, common sense should have prevailed at some point that there is already a fully studded tire on here, maybe we should contact the owner to ask what they want to do. Nothing was said or mentioned. They refused to swap out the tires, stud or rectify the situation.
Poor customer service over all. The employee Drew was extremely pushy for extra services and charged them to my bill without evening completing the service. Once I asked why the bill was so expensive he gave me attitude. All I wanted was a simple oil change.
I'm seething. Pulled into the lot at 5:40pm it's now 7:20 and they are finally coming over to start my car after starting on me and realizing they had it out of order. There was 9 employees faffing around for the last hour, and less than 7 cars the whole time and I'm told the long wait is from short staff. I will never ever be back here and wish I could get these 2 hours of my life back. Ridiculous lot of people.
Looking for a stress free oil change? Well this is not the place to go. The employees are disorganized and rude. I was asked to move to another lane, then 5 minutes later was told that everyone waiting had to switch around which meant me backing up and returning to my original lane. Only a few minutes after that we were told to all back up so the car that was in the garage could back out since the correct exit was being blocked. By the time I was told to drive in and shut off my car, waited a few mins then was told to start the car pull up to the next station and shut the car off again only to wait as they serviced the car next to me. When I was finally looked at the guy told me that the oil wasn't too bad and that I should come back in another 1000 miles! I have never had a oil place tell me to come back. I don't drive my car a lot so I only get it changed every 6 months or so (it's been 9 months at this point) but I've never been told to wait longer. After 40 mins of annoyance looks like my oil isn't dirty enough for them to bother with me and I'll have to take time tomorrow to find another oil change place that will be more helpful. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your services!
