Don't buy here, its a waste of time. Ordered tennis string online on August 20 and after a week I did not received any update so I made a followed email on Aug. 27 about my order and they replied that when the order is ready for pickup, I will be notified. Its already Sept. 5 and still haven't received the string and no update until I follow-up an email on Sept. 6 and they said that its still processing. I cancelled my order.
Coach was awesome in helping my kids and myself pick out badminton shoes. All three of us have wide and thick feet which are really hard to fit. His expertise and knowledge are top notch and resulted in results on the court. The kiddos noticed that the shoes resulted in better grip and fit and are able to put more effort into their drills without worrying about slipping and injury from unproper fitted footwea

Went here to get the strings on a Squash racket restring. I've had this racket for some time it believed it was time. Coach was VERY informative, After a few qualifying questions he was able to see an opportunity for myself to upgrade the Racket for one that immensely lighter and a massive improvement to my existing one while still being in budget. Definitely will be coming back for years to come. I have since then used the new racket, and WOW. What a difference that made. Thanks COACH!

There are two ethical issues I feel obligated to bring to light regarding my purchasing of a pair of tennis shoes on July 8th and attempting to return/exchange them on July 9th (due to finding and preferring similar shoes later on July 8th from a different store). Firstly, the Racquet Network has revised their exchange policy (due to COVID) to be a no-return/exchange policy (which is reasonable), yet at no point was I informed of this throughout my shopping experience. Our return policy is published on our website and printed on the receipt you had in your hand. During this pandemic, we are not accepting returns on things that you wear on your body. If you have told us that your intention was to merely borrow our merchandise while you continued shopping overnight, we would have declined the transaction. If you had asked, we would have shown you our return policy. In the end, the outcome was that you ended up with a pair of shoes that you say fit you perfectly.
Went to Racquet Network for tennis shoes and purchased a pair of nice looking comfy Yonex ones. Excellent customer service by Coach Jarod. The store is very clean and well organized. Will definitely come back in the near future!

Would not recommend this place ever. Went in to get a couple of restrings for badminton racquet. The staff were Totally unhelpful and rude. Asked for a refund and told to go to the website. Totally unacceptable. Treatment was appalling

The service you ordered ONLINE says very clearly STAFF WILL NOT ACCEPT RACQUETS THAT DO NOT HAVE PRINTED RECEIPTS ATTACHED TO THEM. In order to place the order you must select this option -- OFFER NOT VALID UNLESS PRINTED RECEIPT IS ATTACHED TO THE HANDLE WHEN IT IS BROUGHT INTO THE STORE. You brought the racquets in without a receipt attached. Our staff could not accept them and explained why. They were polite and professional. You were rude. You demanded a refund. They told you how to get one.
Excellent store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. All my technical questions were answered and service was great.

I live in Edmonton and found their website, which is very well done. I needed a new racquet and got a little confused doing all of the research. I felt like this was the place to go to get the best answers to my questions. I drove over 3 hours to get to their location and Coach Brent was amazing and finding a racquet that suits my style of play that will utilize my strengths and help improve my weaknesses. Kemar did a great job of stringing my racquet to the perfect tension. Only place to go

Limited inventory, over priced apparel. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING Here. I purchased a pair of shoes, didn’t wear them, and attempted to return within a week. First off, the owner accused me of wearing them (tags still on), then advised their “store credit/ no refund” policy doesn’t apply because they’re used. $180 lost all because he felt he wasted time selling me an unsuitable shoe. Our Return policy is clearly indicated on our sales receipts. Items can be returned for store credit provided they are new and in their original packaging. Sale and clearance items cannot be returned. While we often return items for store credit, we were not able to do so because a) the items were on sale and b) they were used. Had the customer bothered to clean them up before returning them, we might have been able to give her a store credit. Sadly, she did not.

This is the best sport shop i went to. Others would not answer your question , but this team was willing to answer my question and was patient. They were helping me choose the best raquette. I have been playing squash for a while now and my coach recommended I come here to pick up a new racquet. I am so grateful that he did because the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They helped me narrow it down to just a few out of their huge selection. I picked up a Manta racquet and am very pleased with it. I will definitely be going back for apparel as well as whatever else I need. I already have shoes and apparel on my list for next time.
