This registry has always had wonderful customer service especially the last couple of years. The honour system and knowledge of the staff is way beyond my expectations! Wait times are limited compared to other registries!
It’s almost always a disappointing and frustrating experience coming to this registry. Which is a shame, because it’s extremely convenient as it’s located across the street from where I live.
Nearly every single time I come, I wait for about 10-15 minutes, only to sit down with a staff member that is unable to assist me. Meanwhile, the next person in line has already sat down with the person that can ACTUALLY help me, and I’m back to waiting another 10-15min.

Andrea is an absolute angel. She was patient, informative and helpful beyond measure. I can’t say enough good things about her. The shawnessy location could learn a few things from her; they are terrible and shouldn’t be working there.
Took motor cycle on line test, entire time staff was very loud, difficult to concentrate. When I first arrived I was astonished to hear 2 staff discussing a caller on the phone who the one staff member was impatient with and disclosed to the other staff member for all to hear the callers name and issues. Privacy concerns overall
