Placed order online for pickup, they have charged me twice and I can now not get a hold of the store to reverse the double charge. I have called non-stop for three days, sent emails and left voice mails everywhere possible. No one has gotten back to me. I even tried Ronas corporate email and 1-866 number. Both to no avail. Im at a loss, the project is now running behind as I was not told the delay would be days, not hours, and Im now out $200 for the double charge.
