I have been at Signature Park for 6 years and am still amazed at all the activities and friendships we are involved in. We have golf putting outside in the summer and during the winter we have 18+ people putting in our Games Room every other Friday. Curling also brings a lot of cheering or jeer in fun. It is such a pleasant atmosphere with the staff joining in from time to time. Don't leave coming in until after you can enjoy the fun and friendships.

My Mom loved living at The Village Manor at Signature Park. She moved in under the lease agreement for assisted living at age 92. While she was there she boasted about how well she was cared for by her personal aids, and all other staff. As a daughter I appreciated how the management team protected residence during the Covid outbreak but were also willing to consider and accommodate for extenuating circumstances. Trust me, I was very informed when we selected an assisted living option!

It is a nice place but they try to force people to buy their assurance agreement instead of just leasing. The assurance agreement is that you buy the suite for the market price that they come up with, then they still charge you a monthly fee which is almost as high as renting it is, then when you leave they buy the suite back - at the market price that they come up with and charge 14.9 % for this service. Does that sound like a good deal to you?
