During a return of product, Zaheer, called me stupid, right to my face! He, was not even the customer service clerk I was dealing with. Visions' return policy, even with the extended warranty is useless! Stay away, there are more reputable electronic places to purchase quality products from.

Zaheer gave us the advice we needed to select our TV and Visions gave us excellent service. The first TV was damaged by the cable company at installation and Visions worked with them to replace it.

Zaheer went out of his way to get us a great tv and deal - Mark was amazing on the installation! 5 stars for sure.
