I spent over $35,000 with this company and had issues or defects with 5 of the 7 pieces of equipment purchased. The biggest issue was a requested gravity refrigerated deli case and when my deli case came unrefridgerated, it was my fault for not carefully reading the specs on each piece of equiptment. I am now stuck with a $12,000 deli case that I cannot use. They are unprofessional and incapable of listening to client needs and delivering quality products. I will never do business here again.
