I LOVE how Lori cuts my hair! I have straight hair and have previously had trouble with snip marks showing. Now that I go to Lori, I get a great cut every time. I didn't know my hair could be this easy to manage!

I've been seeing Lori for years and I look forward to ever appointment. Never had a bad experience, would highly recommend going to the salon.

Would not go back

I went to Nica's before I moved and the terrible experience stayed with me. I wanted to get the strands around my face bleached to resemble Rogue from the X-Men movies. The woman who did it was brusque and rude, no warmth whatsoever. Then during the bleaching process she got toner in my eye. now I know that accidents happen and it wasn't that bad, except that instead of apologizing or owning up to what she had just done (and potentially really damaging my vision), she just shoved a damp cloth into my hand told me to wipe my eye. Then the other women who worked there proceeded to tell stories all around me about the things they had gotten into their eyes in the past and how much it hurt and all that.... Excuse me? I was sitting RIGHT THERE and all they told me was "blink a lot". No "I'm sorry about that" or "is it feeling a little better now?", just "Blink a lot". I was crying as I walked out, not because of the toner but because these people had cared so little about me as a customer and a person. Even if I still lived in Camrose, I would never go back. Clearly they just want the profit and not to make loyal and return customers and that is their perogative. Oh and I didn't like what she had done to my hair, but that could have been the terrible experience that tainted the whole thing.
