    The worst company...

    The worst company ever. Had an appraisal by this company and they left out so many things and under values my property. For example I have an open concept home, they had no mention of this, the basement description was completely wrong and when the owner Jim showed up to double check, he himself admitted that the appraiser had missed many things. But was more concern in informing me they don't get paid enough and don't have enough room in their reports to put in all the info. Don't use them.

    Cornerstone Appraisals did a great job. My appraiser was quick, efficient, informative and well priced. i was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. I definitely will refer him to others!

    Professional, courteous and Knowledgeable

    We had our property appraised through Cornerstone. The appraiser was on time for the appointment. We didn't have to wait around all day for the appointment. He was expremely professional, and knew a lot about the current real estate market. Our bank received the report the following day. The appraiser was able to answer all of our questions! I would recommend their services to anyone.
