Workout enthusiasts eager to get into CrossFit have several options at this studio: a monthly membership, drop-in classes or multi-visit passes. In additional to fundamentals classes, the facility also offers private sessions and personal training. Once you’ve completed either the fundamentals classes or six private sessions, both of which teach you the nine main CrossFit movements, you’ll be able to move on to group classes.
