You always have to wait! The last hair cut was not what I asked for, Dave wants to what Dave wants. Instead of focusing on the client in the chair he caters to the phone and walk ins. Dave walked away twice during the wash, which was not fully completed then five times while cutting my hair. Not going back again!

This is the worst salon that I have ever been to. They said they would take care of me and instead they made me feel horrible about myself. First off their atm machine was down the entire day. I have never had that when going to a professional salon. Next the rude woman kept criticizing me and picking out my flaws as she did my hair. You should be making a client feel great about themselves while you do their hair! Not pick on them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dave has consistently made me wait at least half an hour past my appointment time. He's not a doctor and this is unacceptable. His haircuts are ok, but he like to do what he wants and has a hard time listening to what I want. I got sideburns every time, even though each time I told him "no sideburns"! I'm shopping around for a new hairdresser.
