Worst manicure ever nothing sanitized cut so much cuticles and skin around my nails my fingers were throbbing for 3 days after one week later gel polish chipping off put a pound of hot lotion on my hands and arms and massaged disgusting rate a zero definitely needs a refresher course on doing nails never ever go back!!!!

Never have I ever had such a good experience getting a Brazilian wax. Jenny is so fast and gentle and efficient. Her salon has such a spa feel, I was totally beyond impressed. I won't go anywhere else from now on. AMAZING. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thanks jenny.
Jenny is absolutely amazing. I had been to waxers all over the city before a friend recommended her to me. I tend to be a giant baby when it comes to pain and I honestly barely feel it when she does it, she's so darn fast and good at her job. Jenny is also just awesome as a human being, she always remembers whats been going on in my life and has funny stories to share. You won't find a better waxer or a better price anywhere else in Edmonton. The salon is always clean and very peaceful. Awesome.

Had a groupon for a brazillian at Jenny's, called & got an appointment for the afternoon. Jenny was friendly & professional. She did a great job, used tweezers to clean everything up, asked if I was satisfied with the result & gave me a deal to pass on t friends. I am very satisfied with the wax; didn't hurt nearly as much as the last time I had it done in a salon in Vancouver. Will definitely be a return customer.
I went to Jenny's today for a brazilian wax and was really impressed. She wore gloves and did not double dip (as I had read in an earlier review). She also used tweezers to clean up any hairs missed by the wax. Her prices are very reasonable. I'll keep coming back!
Jenny gave me the worst pedicure I've ever had. She was too busy chatting with regular clients there for 'polish change' and could not be bothered to file my toenails properly. She left dry skin oh my heels. My toenails ended up uneven and poorly shaped. I will never come back. She may be good at polishing and designing nail art, but she is terrible at nail filing/shaping and caring for cuticles.
When I came in for my appointment, jenny never greeted me. She just told me to go into the room. The place is nice but Jenny is not professional one bit. I bought a groupon for a brazillian wax. Jenny was not wearing gloves, she was double dipping. And not all of my hair was gone. I will not be going back or be recommending this to anybody! Very unsanitary.
Jenny took the 'razor' thing to my heels back in September and I could hardly walk for a few days afterward while we were on vacation. Now it's June and I am still suffering from the deep cracks that developed on my feet as a result of her carelessness. I wish I'd never gone.

My nails looked better before I came here.She does not know how to do a proper manicure. She rushes and did improve things even when I politely pointed out what I was not happy with. It seems pretty obvious to me that all the positive reviews here are written by the same person.
My visit to Jenny Nails was exceptional. I received genuine customer service and care. The salon itself is very relaxing and clean, with no harsh chemical smells whatsoever. The service I received was very well done and professional. It was an excellent experience and I have already booked my next appointment!
I've now had numerous appointments with Jenny Nails and each visit I have been extremely happy. Jenny is very friendly and has always done a great job with the pedicures and manicures that I have received. I will definitely go back.
I visited Jenny's nails with a groupon for a shellac manicure. The overall experience was terrible. Not only was the manicure bad, but I left feeling very upset by the way she treated me. First off, I booked my appointment for 9:30am on a saturday. I arrived at 9:25am, and pulled into a completely empty parking lot. The lights were off, and no one was there. I waited a bit, and tried the phone number several times, with no answer. I finally checked their hours on the website, and it said they don't open until 10am on saturdays. I finally got in at 9:50, and was rudely greeted by Jenny. She insisted that I was late for my appointment. I explained to her that I had arrived on time and that no one was there, the door was locked, and I called several times. She proceeded to give me the worst manicure I have ever seen. She rushed through the entire process. She didn't even properly remove my old nail polish, she just started painting over top of it. It looked like a huge mess. She filed my nails so quickly that they were actually crooked. The hand massage was rough, and again, very rushed. At one point she left my hands in the UV dyer for 10 minutes straight so that she could go work on another client. The result was lumpy, you could still see my old polish, there were bubbles in the polish, it was the worst manicure I have ever seen. She refused to remove the polish after I told her I was unsatisfied with the result. It was all very upsetting, and I will never return. I am not one to usually write reviews online, but I was so upset by the service, I needed to share my experience.
I have been at Jenny Nails twice for Manicure and Pedicure. I received amazing service. She is very relaxed, caring and never rushed. She thrives on doing a great job and makes sure the client is happy. She is also very artistic and I love the designs she paints on my nails.

I have been to numerous salons and have never experienced the level of service, relaxation and comfort that I have at Jenny Nails. It is a small run business where you're not competing with the attention and required attendance of other customers. I have become a constant customer there because the Level of expertise and Service have been amazing. If you are looking for good quality nails and service I would recommend Jenny Nails and Aesthetics.
