Koch Ford Lincoln Sales (2003) Ltd

I took my truck in for an oil change. When i picked it up they told me that it had a leaking timing cover. They also said that since we needed to remove the cover, we might as well replace the timing chain. They quoted me $3100. This seems strange since I know for a fact that when it went in for the oil change, it did not have a leak. I check my garage floor daily.

Blair & Mitchell were very courteous & helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Service was excellent.

I took my Navigator to Koch for routine service. I loved the fact that I could just pull up to the overhead door and wait to be let in ... especially on cold winter days like today! When I drove in I was welcomed by a very friendly person who went over the details of my visit. I was given the option to get a ride to/from Southgate Mall or to wait in the waiting room with a fireplace, cushy chairs, and a tv. I decided to wait and was even offered water/coffee/hot chocolate while I waited!

Brought my vehicle in for warranty servicing. Was very happy with customer service. Will absolutely chose Koch Ford again
