Bunch of liars Hate this dealership They will show u deal that is not possible anywhere else to attract u and once u r ready to sign deal they add bunch of stuff in there and add numbers to the deal. Bad attitude staff. Strongly recommend to avoid this dealership. Find dealership who sticks to their wordings and numbers.
I brought my vehicle in for oil change at this dealership. Service staff were polite and nice but I'm so appalled by the service on my vehicle. Came in for oily change and general check up on my vehicle. General check indicated noise and also I was advised a part needed to be changed. I said okay and booked a next appointment for a different day as they had to order the parts. I got a phone call the part had arrived so to bring my vehicle in. I booked another appointment and took my vehicle in.
Just purchased another new truck at Londonderry Dodge and very satisfied salesman Dane M. was incredible and along with new truck managers Ray and Chad worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied. Finance managers Matt S.and Andrew K. Were personable and straight forward. Overall a very satisfying experience.
I would give it no star for the terrible experience that i had at the dealership.Bill an employee started writing up the bill of sale even though we hadnt come to a deal.He didnt know the price of the car.He was arrogant and unhelpful.The Manager Chad was even worse.He told me that " i am not the right kind of Indian to get the GST taken off the bill" even though i never asked him to take off any GST.He also showed me a chart on his computer which had lesser car prices and then closed it.Racist.
Extremely pushy and once I told them I wasn't going to buy, they were very rude and tried to guilt me into buying the car. I'd stay away from the used salesman named CHAD. Also they have yet to give back my 500 dollar deposit to hold the car and its been over two weeks!! I will NOT recommend this place to anyone!
Just bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler unlimited 4 door! It was a great experience purchasing my car from Londonderry dodge. Lyle Richer the sales consultant was a very friendly and accommodating man! Matt S., and Peter from the financial offices had also helped this purchase run extremely smoothly! Overall I was very happy with their customer service!
Bought a 2004 BMW 545i from Londonderry and they threw in a set of winter tires for no extra charge. I always service with these guys as Chris the service manager is a great guy to deal with.
Atrocious service. I owned my vehicle for a month and a half, brand new Cherokee, the transmission went on it. They told me they would not provide me with a rental/courtesy car but that I would get a discount on one! I was without my car for a month, during this time I asked for a new one, I was told "they just don't do that" and that "they had to fix a lot of things on my car before I picked it up" THEN WHY WOULD YOU SELL IT TO ME? They really live up to "all they want is your money"
