Frustrating. I dealt with the Owner of the company on a job where i needed him to match their competition at $10 lower than his price. He flatly refused, stating 'service was their difference'. When i said i needed him lower for policy, he threatened to 'call the truck back to the depot'. Certainly not the attitude that lends to long-term relationships. I won't be calling Murray's again anytime soon.
