Their client backed up out of a parking stall and broadsided our car. My insurance company contacted Pembridge and was told that they would have to contact their client about the accident. One communication my insurance agent received was that Pembridge had not been able to contact their client. That was a week ago. Since then I have called and left detailed messages for the Pembridge agent but never received a call back. Pembridge is an Allstate company.
