Pembridge Insurance Company

Their client backed up out of a parking stall and broadsided our car. My insurance company contacted Pembridge and was told that they would have to contact their client about the accident. One communication my insurance agent received was that Pembridge had not been able to contact their client. That was a week ago. Since then I have called and left detailed messages for the Pembridge agent but never received a call back. Pembridge is an Allstate company.

Save your time and money and go with another insurance company. Pembridge was always excellent at accepting payments but had strong weakness in providing coverage.

DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES. The worst company to deal with. They have cheap prices, but will make you pay for it in other ways. God forbid you get into an accident, they are not cooperative at all, they don't call back when they say they will, they will not look into any evidence of an accident that is provided and say they witnesses are pointless. They also LIED and said they gave the shop permission to start but it took them 3 weeks to inform the shop to start!
