Avoid this company at all costs! We ordered 36 mugs and 34 arrived broken. The mugs were inside a cardboard box with a single piece of cardboard separating them and then the company states it's not their fault and there is nothing they can do! There's no room for bubble wrap are you kidding me? Cardboard boxes only come in one size now? I suggest shopping elsewhere this company is a joke.
