Audio Concepts are a Drone car stater dealer. To be be fair. I purchased my 2014 Rav 4 second hand with 14k and the Drone was installed by anoth dealer far away The Drone starter will kill your car battery in one week if the car is sitting idle. I brought my vehicle to Audio Concepts and they were not in the least bit interested in helping me. It was " we charge $100 per hour just to talk." I asked if they could come outside to pull the Drone Breaker fuse. Nope not interested. Horrible service

I've went to them for two vehicle stereos and they make them sound amazing. They don't even car about selling you the most expensive, just the best sounding for your system.
