After several years the Jones' boys moved on to open Nor-Lan Recreation which quickly became one of the leading recreational dealers in the peace country. (Home of the good guys and ladies) what a joke, I had taken my mothers van into this place to make a warranty claim. I called later on to find out what was going on, they had said warranty would not cover anything even thought the van was new and covered under base warranty still. I had asked for a copy of the claim paperwork and was told it is not possible. I phoned customers servive and they said claim was never rejected with no reasoning and to call back to dealership, so I did and no one was
