Horrible!! It was my first time getting nails done and I told the tech I wanted natural gel nails. She put the gel on so thick and so uneven that I was left with painful nails to the point I couldn't sleep and was also losing feeling in my nails. They refused to refund me and even wanted to charge me to remove them. She was also bashing other businesses.
