Had my truck for over a week to do 3m, bedliner, undercoat. They took a paint pen to the bumper and let the paint run down the front bumper in one spot, in another they waited for it to dry and the pushed it into a pile... never bothered to call when it was done i had to call them. won't be back.
I bought my Vehicle from DK Ford a little over 2 years ago and I have never had a bad experience. Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile, service is fantastic and my vehicle is running great.
Had two bad visits to this this location and my bad for going back a second time. First I went in for 2 tires to be changed and they changed all 4 telling me I had no choice because it was an all wheel drive when it wasn't and never came with that option. Second I had my winter rims and tires stored with them and upon putting switching back to my winter rims this winter one is now damaged and needs to be replaced but they said it is impossible they damaged it however it didn't go in damaged.
This dealership was quick to get me everything that I wanted but was not pushy. They treated me like a friend, providing very helpful and professional opinions on the vehicle that best would suit my needs. I couldn't have been happier with Jerry, Alex and Shannon. They made my first time buying a vehicle a breeze and were incredibly personable. I couldn't have asked for more!
This was my first visit to DK Ford. I had just
learned that I had an issue with my truck and was recommended by my dad to go to DK. They were so helpful. They checked the problem, told me what it would cost and dealt with it the next business day. I would certainly return if any future issues crop up.
