Staff changes more frequently than the weather
Absolutely horrible finance service.. I was told by the finance manager they would have me approved for what I wanted and he told me to turn down the deal I had in place with another dealership so I did.. Then to not hear back from anyone for days finally got word back from sales not even the finance manager that they only got me approved on a vehicle I had absolutely no desire for.. so not only did they waste most of all my days from work which is when I had to get all this done they talked me
We just bought a used Mazda CX5 from LA Mazda. Our salesman Tommy was great to deal with and really listened to what we were looking for. Dealing with the manager Gary regarding final pricing was easy and painless. Highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle!
I received exemplary service from this company, and received an excellent product for an amazing deal. I dealt with a salesperson named Sean Scobie who even took the time to bring the vehicle to me to test drive. When I needed to pick up my new car he picked me up at my home and even drove me to the registry so I could bring my car home right away. The finance department, a lovely young woman named Courtney, was even more helpful. She was friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.
Staff were friendly and helpful, they knew what I wanted from one convocation. I felt at home had Starbucks coffee watched the big screen while waiting for the SUV to have its finishing touches done. Thanks James Dan and Andy
