he was fast, efficient and gave options of how to make the keys. Friendly and up front of what was needed to be done. Only concern I have is price. Should be mentioned on his website, as the cost of the keys made were unexpected, but, because he works basically on an on call basis out of his own home, the cost for the service is warranted. Great job
This man came out at an inconvenient time, for a time-consuming job, and was kind and professional. His rates were also competitive. We would highly recommend him!
I called and A Lock and Key and they were at my residence within 30 minutes. He had re-keyed my locks and cut keys in 15 minutes. The service call was 1/3 less than a local competitor. I was not aware how quick, easy and reasonable it was to have my locks re-keyed.
