The showroom is definitely lacking. But the prices and the service were awesome. I found Gerry going above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating! I had a great experience.

Drive past... don't waste your time. Happy to take your money. Spent $3400.00 on a new double oven. From the start it never worked properly. Gerry the owner would not even come service it. Phoned the manufacturer only to find out no warranty on damaged/repaired goods.

Excellent service...

Excellent service and the person helping us was very knowledgeable as a serviceman not just a salesman. He helped us out telling us how to fix our dryer so we wouldn't have to buy a part. Its nice to have a small business and not another box store that will not help with fixing an appliance. He had a great sense of humour.

My wife and I were in herbs appliances a few days ago looking for a new washer and dryer, and he wasn't very friendly to us and when we decided to leave he mumbled after us 'you drug dealin punks you have enough money' when I asked what he just said he was very rude and started to get angry, wouldn't recommend herbs appliances to anyone!
