Charged our credit card without a completed invoice... including for a thermostat they didn't install. Were supposed to waive the consultation fee if we went with them for our AC unit, but after the job was done, we got credit instead for future work. Our AC unit works well so far, but their customer service was challenging to deal with as our tech never answered his phone or returned our calls when we had issues.
Going somewhere else next time!
Service was fine until I discovered that I was being charged for labour from the time the tech left the shop to the time he returns to the shop on top of charging me for mileage. Not Happy.
