I would really appreciate it if I didn't have to wait 45 minutes for a meal. I understand cost efficiency, and I get that minimum increases might be tough for franchise owners. But to not be open for your lobby on New Years Eve is absolutely embarrassing. It took 45 min to get our food. Sad. west side location; Lethbridge McDonald's.
