I have no idea how they’re still in business. Their communication sucks, their customer service representatives have no idea what sucking on, and they can’t adapt to anything not in their “system”.
Local phone numbers are listed but when you phone the local office, you are directed to 1-888-744-7123 which is the call centre in Moncton New Brunswick apparently. When that number rings we waited up to an hour to make contact. Trying to get information from Purolator is like getting blood from a stone. We are trying to get informmation about tracking a package LARGEONE they picked up on January 29, 2021 and it is almost a month and they cant seem to track it.
