We use this location as it is on the way to work. I am tired of the orders being wrong. Order a bagel with plain cr. cheese and you get one with herb and garlic, order a carrot cr. cheese muffin and you get what I believe is a carrot/bran muffin no cr. cheese. The coffee is getting worse. My usual order is an xl 2x2, regular roast. Tastes like dark roast, 1x1. Do the machines need to be cleaned and repaired. I have voiced my issues with the store and nothing really is ever done about it.
