Cell Phone Medics

Took my I phone 7 in for a screen replacement. Was told an hour, went back and still not done. When I got my phone back, the home button didn’t work. He gave me some lame reason, and I said ok. Did some research and took it back and he gave me some run around. Ended up taking it some where else and got it fixed for $10 all due to sloppy work was a simple bad connection. Would not recommend these guys. All this just to save $20

I recently took a perfectly functional iPhone 4 in for a screen replacement with the assurance I would have it back in an hour or two. I can't go into any more detail due to space limitations other than to say that over three weeks later after several phone calls and visits, I picked up my phone, non-functional and without a screen or a back. They can do this because they make you sign a waiver when you drop off your device that frees them from responsibilty of any further damage that may occur.
