Lazer Wash

After an hour and half of waiting ... ask where’s my truck?.. oh, they forgot about it... 2 hours later.. and $110... won’t be back

$272.00 detail cost me $700.00 in a cracked dash cluster. When they were told they said take them to court to get anything out of them.

terrible service, they damage the rubber on my car window and went back to complain it right away. the owner told me to go to my dealer for estimate, the next day i brought the form to them and they told me that theyre not responsible for that damage because i dont have any evidence that that damage happened there..they even told me that i should have went to automatic wash. my point is you trusted them your car they should take care of it properly

I would not recommend this business if you expect to get what you were sold. The price went up $60 upon arrival (no warning of this possibility when booking the appt) & her “it’ll look like new” sales pitch turned to “we’ll clean wherever our hands will fit, but it won’t look like new. ” Maybe they do a decent job, I wouldn’t know as I wouldn’t pay in advance. I was certain they’d tell me to lump it if I wasn’t happy with the work & requested they rectify it. So she told me to leave.
