Not impressed. Approached by workers to check the vacuum head while I was using it. I was the only person there and they definitely could have waited 5 more minutes to check their equipment. The female worker did not stay 6’ away from me,walking straight up to me with no warning. The whole thing is on a timer so while she is checking her equipment I am still being charged. Piss poor and way too expensive. Will NEVER return.
Have taken my vehicle there for the past two dozen washes or more! Everything seems to be fine I can only think of one complaint. They have a parking area outside across from where you would enter so you can wipe down your vehicle but problem is no trash can or cans to throw your dirty wet shop towels in. Many of the other places have trash cans. Obviously less clean up but this should be a common courtesy! Otherwise no complaints, for this reason only I did not give them 4 stars!
Not impressed after using car wash and receiving many long scratches on the good of my car and their managers response is did you see the enter at own risk sign. Seriously, I was an asset Mgr at a car wash and gas station and never would we have treated a customer with such disrespect as I received total. Now waiting for district manager to call me
I have used this facility many times! And on a black truck, the bays are clean, the pressure is great, everything works! And believe me! That’s a bonus in Red Deer! No water spots! And reasonable pricing! The couple times I have used the drive through I was surprised by the cheap cost as most in Red Deer are more expensive for a less than sufficient wash! Hats off to a great car wash in Red Deer finally! And I am fussy and like my stuff clean! Thanks guys!
Terrible customer service, the soft brush scratched our vehicle and was given the run around, finally when i spoke with a manager i was told nothing would be done, its at your own risk..fair enough there are signs. But when I expressed my disappointment and that i would write this review i was hung up on and pretty sure they are screening my calls cause it goes directly to voicemail now. A little customer appreciation would do this place some good
Horrible customer service from self proclaimed “manager”!! She is extremely confrontational with customers and appears to intimidate her fellow workers who seem to be shy young men. She was a complete bully and extremely aggressive with customers & staff. Wouldn’t hire that woman if I owned a factory never mind in customer service... what a disgrace!! I will not be returning and will never refer someone there again. A true shame!
