Sub par service, months of waiting.

My partner and I have three auto policies with Sexsmith Insurance, and two home policies and have nothing but issues with this broker in the past four months. We had a vehicle write off in April of 2015, and it has taken a total of 108 days to have the written off vehicle successfully removed from our policy. Multiple excuses have been given as to the reasons why it wasn't removed at the time of the firs request, which vary depending on whom I speak to. A total of four requests had to be sent
