Called in for a broken spring on my door. They were very busy but the girl answering the phone said she would look at the GPS and see if any of the trucks were ahead of schedule and would call me right back. 10 minutes later she called to say a tech would be there in the next 90 minutes. Tech showed up 50 minutes later, was very professional and pleasant. Even did an annual service at no additional cost. I recommend Garage Door Depot to everyone.
They installed the door when I was on holidays so I couldn't inspect. They insisted that I pay them, so after I got back they refused to provide me any service. 2 months later they finally booked an appointment to fix the problem... and they canceled because they couldn't find my house? really?
Then another 2 months I finally called their head office in Vancouver and suddenly I get a call back. Of course they did NOTHING! They came, looked at my door that wasn't closing properly and said it was normal.
Installed in August, finally had them inspect it end of November... and I'm still using a wrench and screwdriver to try and fix the door they installed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
