The Zender Ford vision is to become the best car dealership in the province, Ford or otherwise, and it's very exciting for them to be in the position to rebuild from the bottom up towards that goal.Zender Ford is somewhat old-school in that they a family name business.
Problems with it not starting at times. He had my keys and fob to auto start not even 2 seconds he was driving my car back to me. It was the way you opened the car with the door code or the fob. Should have said no charge, but he said a work order had been done so he had to charge me something $55. later for not even taking the car into the service center!!!!! That’s BS he could have just cancelled the work order and said open your car this way from now on, and have a nice day! Not impressed!
WARNING! I brought my Ford Flex to this dealership, service department had it all day all I wanted was to be able to pair my phone with my nav system I couldn’t understand what was taking so long until I came to pick it up and they told me my radio that was playing music on the way to zender, no longer had a working audio system and they wanted to charge me $1500 to fix it Long story short will NOT be buying anything at zender ford ever again Should be able to give them a zero out of five rating
