Worst equipment buying experience ever. Bought a new case skid steer, it lasted three hours before it broke down. Manager wouldn't replace machine or refund money, had to wait for them to fix it. After two weeks it still wasn't fixed, had to jump and holler an scream just to get a loaner machine. After three weeks the under trained service department still couldn't figure out the problem. At the three week mark I gave up and traded the case skid steer on a new john Deere. A month later now and they still haven't fixed it. Thank god I traded that machine off. In short, the sales department at thorsby farm center give no customer care an the service department does not even qualify as back yard mechanics.
