    I never knew cust...

    I never knew customer service such as this still existed! I could not be happier with my cute little car that the wonderful people at abbotsford Chrysler helped me purchase! My very first, new (grown up, as I like to call it) car, was not a stress at all! I refer all my family and friends to this dealership!

    Even gives auto dealers a bad name

    I contacted this dealer, both by live chat and on the phone to discuss purchasing a specific vehicle. I then drove 80 km (one way) based on what the salesman had told me. When I got there, they didn't have the vehicle, admitted they'd never had the vehicle and tried to up-sell me something else. All this despite having answered specific questions relating to the first vehicle (the one they'd never even had). I complained to the sales manager, he was unimpressed by my wasting half a day and refused to do anything. I'd advise you find another dealer, these guys will treat you the same way, they're that well practiced at blowing people off.
