Rude Staff/Horrible fit vs order

After I made a complaint about the order being wrong, the girl who fitted me called me at home. I was not able to wear the vest, the shirt looked horribly to big and the shoes gave me blisters. During this call the staff member argued saying she ordered the right size and I said it was not the same as i tried on. She argued again and continued to be rude to me. I told her to have the boss(JP or JC)call me back, i have never received a phone call back. I made a formal complaint and still no call.
