If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ever since they were bought out by a new company they have been horrible to deal with. They never reply back to emails or phone calls from owners. If you are looking for a strata management company with absolutely no communication with owners this is the company for you.

Absolutely useless. One of the worst strata management companies I have ever dealt with. Theres a reason their rating is what it is. Kenneth was useless, like the rest of their staff, and frankly, hung up because he didnt want to deal with the issue at hand. Again, do you research before having any dealing with this joke of an organization. Remember: you get what you pay for.
