After the first year my driveway cracked the full width contacted the builder ( Todd )he was not interested and would not even give me the name of his subcontractor. Driveways are not covered by home owners insurance so its going to cost me to get it fixed.
Nigel, TRF woodcrafts Ltd. and also National Home Warranty did in fact look into your driveway complaint which was deemed a hairline fracture, no trip hazard. Concrete is not covered under warranty. Upon completion of your home (Dec/16) the driveway was in good condition (you signed off on this). We have no knowledge of what took place during your moving in or the landscaping of your home with regards to trucks, equipment & product on your driveway which is rated for passenger vehicles only.
