I waited 1.5 months for the visit. The day before they called me to confirm. On the day of the visit, it turned out that my appointment was not in their system. So how could they confirm a visit that they didn't have? I have never been to such an unprofessional clinic.
Always incredibly busy, doctors are obviously rushed and do not seem to care about patients at all. They frequently lie about wait times as well. One time, we went in and the told us 30-45 minutes. After 2 hours it came out that they did not actually have a doctor on duty and had no idea when they would be able to accept patients. They also had no intention of informing us about this either, they only let us know after we were persistent in asking about why we had been waiting so long.
Horrible customer service! Second time I've come here and second time I've been turned away! They advertise that they're open until 8 PM Monday to Friday. They decided to close 2 hours early today? An hour early last time! What clinic does that?!?!
The staff at the front desk ignore patients waiting to register. After 15 minutes of standing in front of receptionist she continued to ignore me and decided to close the clinic for the night. I was livid at that point. She told me, ohhhh I didn't notice you! I was literally standing right in front of her PC! I am disgusted with the entitled attitude of staff at walk-in clinics like this one. They don't realize we are the citizens who are paying their salaries.
This was the most unprofessional clinic we have ever been to. From the moment we went in, the front desk was apparently run by a bunch of high school students dressed for yoga. They had a very badly printed patient information form that we could barely read (and we're only in our twenties, certainly not losing our eyesight). We got all of 3 minutes with a physician, she literally almost walked out, and then, as an afterthought, said, "I suppose I better examine you first." She gave my fiance prescription medication, but only after we left did we discover that neither the form we filled out nor her ever asked us if he had any pre-existing conditions or was on any medication. It bothers us that this clinic is prescribing medications without even checking with the patient for pre-existing conditions or medications.
