    I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.

    I chose one star because 0 wasn't an option. Incredibly rude employees with one woman actually scowling at customers. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that management did nothing about her bad behavior. Worst bank ever!

    Tried to call branch, was frustrated with Automated system took 3 calls and 20 min. on hold to get a live person, when I explained that I needed to talk to a person at my branch I was told no problem, she would transfer me immediatly, I was transfered bactk to the same automated directory. Frustrating beyond belief.

    Called all day left messages to 3 different people never had any answers or call back, never seen that anywhere, I would put 0 star but there is not the option.

    Staff really polite and helpful, but only go if you have at least an hour to spare..... the wait times are generally interminable

    Bad service. For my business I have never had the same business manager because they all quit. almost impossible to get ahold of anyone

    A lot has changed in the last little while - theres more staff, so that in the past few times Ive been the only one there - or waited for one other. I had e-mailed BMO and told them the service was appalling for a business bank, but thats changed. They hired new staff, and there are few complaints from me now. I opened an account, as I used the bank only for Investorline, and sent my first e-transfer. Within a week someone had taken $3000 from me. I got it back, but cancelled my a/c immediately

    Ever notice there's no clock on the wall. They don't want you to notice how long you stand on line. No ATM in Comox either. Terrible.

    The staff are good but for the amount we pay in banking fees, we should not have to wait in line so long to do anything. It doesn’t seem to matter when you go, there is always a long line up.

    Yes, I agree with the other comments, unfortunately.? Try getting euros or sterling in small bills. Order 500euros and you may get a single 500euro bill, not small units for the street vendors as requested! BMO wants to get rid of tellers and only have slot machines!

    The front staff are as nice a the can possible be, with their hands tied by corporate, so they can't actually help you. I pulled a bank draft from own account in the US for $20,000 to deposit in my own account in Canada, they treated me like a criminal, said it could be counterfeit, and would not cash it for 30 days!!!!! Strike one, and two.

    I would have chosen 0 stars if it were an option. Customer service is the worst I have ever experience in my life anywhere. I gave up waiting in line and tried to call and still couldn't get through.

    The front staff are very friendly , unfortunately the corporate clowns really do not care about there customers , by understaffing and lack of parking .
