Very poor.
Touched electrical lines and sparked twice and broke two parts each time spent 3 hrs fir that and charged just a little discount.
Second time, asked to replace the part which should have ordered, but
Just cleaned the dryer. And worked for washer replaced two parts and still not working and said maybe motor problem too expensive already having wrestled 2hrs for that.
Charged the whole thing and asked for discount.
Insisted charging $350
Reluctantly paid $300 total s not worth of $100.
We had a warranty issue with our Whirlpool dishwasher. Within hours of our initial call to Whirlpool, Robelix called us confirmed a same day appointment, came with replacement part and fixed our dishwasher (out of town I might add!). Fantastic service on warranty. I would definitely recommend them to others :)
Living in the country we have been very happy with the service they provide. They are very busy it seems but appear to be trying very hard to provide a good service.
This company truly doesn't care about customer service. They unfortunately are the only dishwasher repair company in Dawson Creek so this allows them to over charge & deliver poor service.
To hide behind Anonymous is cowardly behavior, and overcharge as
compare to what? How was the repair not done to satisfaction? Was the incident reported to the business in an appropriate manner? We are always glad to give a cost estimate before we complete a job.
